A credit equals 1 vehicle processed. A valuation uses 1 credit, a forecast uses 1 credit, and a portfolio reforecast uses 1 credit per vehicle.
No. Credits purchased in packs never expire.
Each code has specific conditions. Enter it in the "Discount code" field and you will instantly see whether it applies and what discount it grants.
Yes. Stripe automatically issues an invoice for every payment. You can download them from the Stripe portal accessible in your profile.

Credits already used are not refundable. If you bought a pack by mistake and haven’t used it yet, contact us within 14 days of purchase and we’ll refund it.
