Setting a total-loss offer

Scenario: a 2019 Volkswagen Golf with 92,000 km is a total loss in Spain. The policyholder says it was for sale at €14,500.

  1. The engine returns €12,080 as market value and an interval from €10,210 to €13,950: the €14,500 asked sits within the upper range.
  2. The offer is backed by the PDF report, with date, version and mileage.
  3. With condition adjustments, declared prior damage is discounted at no extra credit.
